Monday Up Day- what's the menu?
B - 2 eggs, cheese, toast
L - pork chops and salad
S - protein granola bar
D - breakfast for dinner! Pancakes, eggs, sausage! In our house, breakfast for dinner is everyone's FAVE!!!!!!

Having been sick this past week, I have no idea what my rotation should be since I've not been eating much at all. So, throwing caution to the wind and getting on track for Thanksgiving next week, I've decided to start the week off with an UD!

Heading over to my IL's for a bit and will eat breakfast and lunch there
Supper is steak, baked potato and creamed spinach

I woke up ravenous after a 200 cal DD yesterday with exercise.

B- light breakfast sandwich plus a pack of choc cupcakes - 500 cals already ugh!!
L- lean cuisine and some sliced cucumber and tomatoes ~300 cals
S - apple and light cheese stick or maybe a yogurt ~ 150 cals
D - not sure but I will have about 900 cals to play with

b-chickn/egg salad on lc tortilla
l-hamburger patty topped with cheddar, bacon and mushrooms (no bun)
s-trying a new recipe: chicken, stuffing mix and eggs-makes 'muffins'

also trying a new recipe for microwave cheesecake :D

Hmmm. . . . breakfast - does Halloween candy count? :hyst: My beloved Butterfingers are all gone, will buy another bag next year. Working on some of the less pleasing candy such as Snickers, meh. No more gorging.

I plan to have creamed turnip greens with steak later today. Don't know about dinner yet. I need to plan my UD's better. . . . will take a multivitamin for good measure.

I am so glad to read your post Luv! I was wondering how to own up to this rather unhealthy UD.

B slice of bread with Laughing Cow cheese and some Marmite
L Soya flat white coffee and a small gingerbread man :p (not very good and then I went and ate it all, why?)
S cup of tea and a delicious slice of Orange Polenta cake:o
D Small pork escallop, broccoli, carrot swede and potato mash

Will try to work out cals.

Well, how bizarre, that only came to 1100 cals. I need wine!

LOL, thank you, Cindy! I have a sweet tooth, and JUDDD allows flexibility for me to indulge my sins :clap: Moderation in all things, even moderation :up:

B- Bulletproof coffee and a fat bomb 446 calories
L- Ham pizza (ham slice as the base), pepperoni stick, another fat bomb ;) 512 calories
D- I feel huge today, so stuffed. I may have a light salad

Funny things is, I am looking forward to tomorrow because I like that "light" feeling I get when I fast throughout the day... Am I weird?

L- none, was bloated and miserable all day:stars:
D- 2 big macs (hey I was hungry and I am still a little over a hundred calories under my calorie limit)

total calories- 1935

I ate "off plan" and still stayed under my limit. Go me!:D
