Do you take supplements on your DD's?
I've recently started taking D3, fish oil, magnesium, a pro-biotic supplement, and then I'm also on doctor's orders to take a daily baby aspirin. I have to take the aspirin everyday, but wonder if I should not take the other things on DD's, since I'm not eating a lot and I don't want to overload my system (if that makes any sense lol).
If you take supplements do you take them everyday or do you only take them on UD's? |

The only supplements I take are resveratrol and pterostilbene, which I take every day. I should take calcium and when I think about I take it regardless of UD or DD.

I take a multivitamin and a calcium/D3 supplement, and I take them daily. I have to take them apart, but each with food, so on DDs when I don't eat breakfast, I take one with lunch and one with dinner. On UDs, I take one with breakfast and one with lunch (in case I forget one or the other, I'll have another opportunity with dinner).

I'm trying to! For awhile I didn't, mostly because taking them on an "empty" stomach was making me nauseated. My routine is to take them in the morning right after breakfast, so since I don't usually eat breakfast on DDs, I wound up just skipping. I'm now "trying" to get them in just after dinner. Sometimes successful, sometimes not.

I take a number of vitamins/supplements and the only one that I can't take on an empty stomach due to nausea is the Multi with iron. I've not had a problem with everything else. So what I do is take my Multi with the iron on UDs and use another Multi containing no iron on DDs.

So far no, but I just placed an order for pterostilbene to try it out, since so many BUDDDs seem to like it.

I take 11 different supplements. On DD I just take them when I do eat except for the pterostilbene which you don't seem to have to take with food.

I take quite a few and normally just take them when I think of them which means I tend to forget at weekends!!

I'm not taking any atm, but I intend to start again. I'm also planning to get to full fast DD's... but some supplements hurt my stomach when taken on an empty stomach. Why does health have to be so complicated?
