TY Kissa! LOL...I am definitely okay without my own thread. I am coming over from the very active HCG thread where I've lost my weight. They have showered me with love, encouragement, & inspiration from day one...I couldn't have done it w/o them...that's for sure. I will be starting JUDDD on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately...I have lots of excess skin...app. 20-30 lbs. which needs to be surgically removed. So...setting a goal has been difficult. I am losing well, still...but have been going strong since Mar. 20th, and my body needs a good long rest. HCG is wonderful, but is very taxing on the body.

So...just lurking & gathering info...(I feel like E.T. when they came to earth...lol.) I have to say...the JUDDD board is very, very active...keeping me busy!

Awww...thank you so much...you are so sweet! I look forward to being able to getting to know all of you, also. I really feel like JUDDD may be my answer to maintenance. I have a tough time doing high calorie, low-carb, high-fat days back to back...seems like I am so full from the day before...that I am hardly able to eat the next day...prolly why I do well on Atkins...

I am very happy for you Dawn! I complained about needing to lose 34 pounds and you have lost 100. You were one of the ones who inspired me to start JUDDD. I always thought I could only lose weight by watching my carbs. How wrong I was. You look great and I know you feel fabulous.

Love that Steph! Exactly how I would have put it for someone else.

I need to take a new progress picture, but haven't had a chance with DH in and out of the hospital and all. I will try to get one sometime this week.
