What's your DD food plan look like for Sunday?
 
We're going to a luncheon at our church today, but I'm determined to stay on track :)

b-shake 100c/5carb/3s

l-Blue Diamond habanero almonds 170c/5carb/2s
~maybe a couple baby carrots at the luncheon

s-2 Dutch crisps 80c/15carb/2s
-1/2serving light cream cheese 35c/1carb/1s
-vegetable soup 50c/13carb/5s

435c/39carb/13s
(goal is under 500c/under 40carb/under 15s)

Oatmeal, plain (100 cals)
Pizza of whole grain tortilla, 1 ounce non-fat Feta, 1 ounce deli chicken breast (160)
Two Hebrew National 97% FF dogs with 2 packets of Frank's Sauerkraut (90)
Maybe some raw beet salad or lite cheese. Not sure yet and hoping I won't want anything else.

ok--I figured it out: mini meals

25 cal wedge cheese plus 35 cals turkey pepperoni chips: 60

cinnamon caramel tofu pudding: 35

repeat above: 35

almond milk pumpkin shake: 45

miracle spinach fettucini and butter spray: 50

salmon on a brancrisp: 50

repeat above: 50

flax oatmeal: 60

SF fudgesicle: 40

one square 100% cacao: 50

500 cals

L - apple with 1T PB2 (100)
D -2 magic pops w a light laughing cow, sliced cukes and 3 oz lox
S - jello key lime pie

430 calories, took an hour+ walk

DD MiniMeals again:

Coffee - Stevia, wee bit of half and half (15)
Egg white (17)
Coffee, diluted (15)
Scandinavian Bran Crispbread with Walden Farms Apricot spread (12)
Coffee, diluted (15)
Walden Farms Peanutbutter with PB2 choc - tsp each, eaten from the spoon (8)
Egg white (17)
Total: ~99 calories
Will continue the rest of the day with the above, minus the coffee, on the hour or so.
Might work in:
Celery stick, 45gm (8)
Lettuce 100gm, dipped in Walden Farms dressing (15)
Tonight, will finish off with homemade beef broth which is cooking in the slow cooker, to help me sleep.
Target Calories: 200-250

Started the day with a soya latte sitting in the cold, crisp Autumn sunshine at our local park. :)

4 hour drive the 1/2 pint of beer and half a packet of salt and vinegar crisps (chips)

Bowl of Vegetable soup

507 for the day. That's fine. :)

L- bulletproof coffee (1 egg, 1 scoop whey, 1.5 cups coffee, 1 tbs butter)- 291 calories
D- 3 slices "light" ham slices, 3 gerkin pickles - 89

Total calories= 424 Total Carbs 7g

Lots of water!

Very good day and going to bed soon.

First meal at 3pm: open faced sandwich. Bread (35 cal), light mayo, (tsp 10 cal) buddig beef (10 cal) slice of lettuce (0) mustard (0)

fudgesicle (40 cal)

100 calorie popcorn

Dinner:
6 jalapeno poppers (100 calories probably less) jalapenos gutted and added light cream cheese (grilled) YUM

a few pretzel sticks (30)
