D: 3 hard boiled eggs w/mayo and mustard (385)
Total - 626 minus 226 = 400

So far I'm sipping 1/2 a glass of Diet Pepsi. I have been avoiding diet soda and coffee, but I really just wanted it.

My tummy is really growling and talking angrily to me right now. I've had coffee with 2 tbl half and half and 2 glasses of lemon water so far.

Was just reading the chicken broth thread and maybe I'll do the egg drop soup idea with some kind of peppers stirred in. Wow, the thought of it elicited a huge roar from Ms. Empty Tummy!!!

Getting back on track may be harder this time! SIRT where are you? Help!:help:

I'm hungry right now and just finished lunch, so may hit the treadmill when DH gets up from his nap.

keira whats in the egg salad?? TJ's just opened here and there is no parking anywhere near it am waiting for the roar to go down but in the meantime might like to make a fascimilie

They have 3 different kinds, but I only got one to try. The one I got is Spicy Ranchero egg white salad. It has egg whites, canola oil, water, cider vinegar, brown rice syrup, soy protein, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, dried chives, sea salt, xantham gum, lemon juice, garlic, granulated onion, chili powder, crushed chili peppers, white pepper and citric acid.

It is pretty good, though I added a bit of Tony Chachere's creole seasoning for more kick. 50 calories for 1/2 a tub, 1 g carbs and 7 g protein.

I just tried the TJ egg white salad last week for the first time. Our store only had egg and chive - very bland so I made my own version with FF miracle whip this week. Also bland - bleh. Next time might try mustard/mayo/spice mix and throw in some chopped veggies.

I poured the rest out!

They should not sell this in the tea/ coffee isle, like it is just plain herbal tea which the package leads you to believe. The box just says something innocuous like a dieter's friend. I am so glad I googled it before finishing the mug!
