DD Thursday ~ Whatcha havin'?

No real plan yet.

B: Black coffee (5)
L: DH is supposed to be released by noon if all goes well. If I'm still at the hospital, I'll have a salad with no dressing. If I'm heading home, may get a chili.
D: The usual lately: Swai and butternut squash.

Is that 5 cups? LOL I do that too! I make a pot every morning and it's usually gone by noonish! I'm the only coffee drinker in the house!

Hehe, 2 cups (Starbuck's Morning Blend in my Keurig). It adds up though!

Complete change of menu, as I made it to the grocery store.

B: Black coffee (5) Knudsen's On-the-go cottage cheese (90)
L: Eggland's Best pre-boiled/peeled hard-boiled egg (60)
D: Pizza on a low carb tortilla (170)

325 total if I end up sticking to this. I may have another HB egg for a total of 385.

Thanks Lisa! Fingers are crossed that he'll come home today!

It's my first DD

2 hard boiled eggs 154 calories/2g carbs/2g sugar
1 serving of habanero bbq almonds 170 calories/5g carbs/2g sugar
lc tortilla with turkey and 1/2 serving of Italian dressing 135 calories/12g carbs/1.5g sugar

diet splenda coke and lots of water to drink

Caloriees: 459/Carbs: 19/Sugar: 5.5
