UD Thursday - what's on the menu?
B - 2 eggs, cheese, ham toast.
L - chicken enchilada casserole S - protein granola bar D - pork chops and veggies maybe some wine Popcorn or chocolate if calories allow |
I don't rightly know. I had planned on having an egg and toast for breakfast, but I'm not really hungry.
Supper will be chicken and dumplings for sure! |
I've had 2 cups of coffee so far, and I have a pot of beef stew on the stove. Other than that, don't know.

I've been running around all day and what I've eaten was not the best, but it all still only came to a little over 500 calories. I still have a long way to go and I doubt I'll get them all in.
