Still not feeling all that great. I know I will at least have a couple of diet Dr Pepper's. Other than that, I'm not really sure.

Pea and ham soup.

Tablespoon of coleslaw

Bulletproof coffee.

Skins off a baked potato that my son cannot eat, crisped in the oven.

I have to add that all up but guestimate is under 400 so far. If I have to I will eat a lamb chop with the family in the evening. Hopefully I can now stop eating until tomorrow. I find mid afternoon is my feeding time.

Barbie meals for me today:

10am - 1/2 container of Trader Joes egg white salad and a magic pop (65)
11am - 1/2 a red pepper (22)
Noon- repeat 10am (65)
1pm - 1/2 sliced cucumber and 1/2 a light laughing cow cheese on a magic pop (55)
2 pm – turkey slice wrapped around a dill pickle and dipped in mustard (30)
3 pm - repeat 1 pm (55)
4 pm - cup of chicken bouillon steeped w 2 sliced mushrooms (15)
5pm– turkey slice wrapped around a dill pickle and dipped in mustard (30)
6pm – cup of cherry tomatoes (30)
8 pm – slice of tomatoe pie (130)
500 cals

Oatmeal, made with water, nothing added. about 100 cals

Flat out Flatbread split in half to make 2 mini-pizzas of
45 cals for flatbread
35 cals for non-fat feta
60 cals for one ounce of deli sliced chicken breast

about 25 cals of lettuce dressed with some salsa (25 cals)

430 total

At 274 so far. Not sure about dinner but trying to keep it under 500. I have a Lean Cuisine Meal that is stuffed cabbage and mashed potatoes for 210 I think.
