UD Monday ~ What are you eating?
B: Black coffee, toast with coconut manna, 3 oz. leftover pork steak, 2 poached eggs
L: ? Chili or Santa Fe turkey burger
D: Butternut squash, jalapeno grilling cheese, haven't decided on a main course yet.
DH is on clear liquids, pre-op, so I'll have to make something that doesn't smell great for dinner.

WOE: IF - Making it Work for ME!
B - Coffee w/half n half and Torani; 1/2 a large pancake w/syrup and a sausage link.
L - Whipped cauliflower/potatoes and a big hot dog.
D - the other half of my pancake w/syrup, with 2 fried eggs.
This won't get me to 1900, but I might add more to dinner if I feel more hungry. Have a "blah" kind of feeling in the tummy so far today.

Yum! So far everyone's UD meals sound good!
L: 1/2 roasted chicken breast with cremosa zaaschila chipotle sauce, 1 roasted jalapeno, 3 baby carrots with 1 teaspoon Lay's smooth ranch dip
D: ?? Mexican Cantina night so maybe Tacos de Carne Asada or a Green Chile Smothered Shredded Chicken Burrito
I want to get my calories in but stay low(er) carb so I'll try to stay under 60 grams.
