Dawn, I love the pumpkin and Greek yogurt idea! I'm going to get the stuff for that next store trip. Also? I didn't know black coffee had 5 cals, very interesting.

So far:
B: black coffee
S: synergy kombucha (60)
L: maybe an egg?
D: chili?

DH has a chili cookoff at work, and I'm no chili expert, but we found a recipe we like to submit. I'll probably nick a cup before I send him off and call it dinner. The problem is, the recipe says 300 cals for 1/6 of the whole thing, but it doesn't say how many cups it makes. Last time it almost filled a crock pot. I know that 6 of the Wendy's 210 cal small chili cups wouldn't come close to doing that, so this doesn't make sense to me. Plus, measuring the whole thing is problematic. I think I will see how many cups of water the pot I'm using today takes at different levels and guesstimate that way. I'm not going to actually measure a pot of cooked chili ... that's going too far. Come to think of it, I may need to double check those recipe calorie numbers in my calorie tracker ....
ETA: my calculation is 329 calories for 1/6 of the entire pot. Amazing.

B - Chai tea w/half n half and coconut Torani

L - Mashed cauliflower and potato

D - Rutabegas

Severely lacking in the protein department today, so might add something to dinner.

Christina, it depends on the coffee. I usually drink Starbucks house blend and it's 2.5 calories per cup; I drink 2. I'm weird though and track coffee, tea, gum, mints, broth etc. It's my OCD.

Good luck with the chili. That's a good idea, to use water to see how many cups your recipe would equal. That wouldn't have occurred to me. I would have made a huge mess dividing the chili into 6 equal amounts.

Coffee
2x beef stock cubes drink; 1 with 1/4c mushrooms and spring onion & 1 with 1/4c peas and spring onion.
1 cup of lettuce lightly dipped in (don't lol!) pure horseradish w/2 tbsp sour cream.
1/2 c milk throughout day in coffee.

2 L water.

Bit borrific, but works for me!

I remembered I wanted to serve the chili in a different pot than the one I measured it in, so I went ahead and measured the chili while transferring it over. It makes 10 cups! Instead of having 1/6 of the recipe, I had 1 cup for 197 delicious and filling calories. More work than Wendy's but I could whip up a batch and freeze it in 1 cup servings or something!
