Cheddars Restaurant - No nutritional info anywhere!

We got a new Cheddars Restaurant in town a few weeks ago and the family has been wanting to go. I finally succumbed today on my down day.
Looked all over for calorie counts and couldn't find any at all. What kind of restaurant operates without one anymore?

So, I decided that they must have a low-calorie section on the menu. NOPE!
I asked the waiter and he pretty much said that this was not the place to come for low calorie!

So I tried to make a good decision. I got a house salad with my own 5 calorie dressing and chicken tortilla soup. I took the tortillas and the cheese off the top of the soup but searching the internet now, it looks like a bowl is 377 calories. I gave the last 1/4 of the bowl to DH.
So with taking off the torillas and cheese and not eating a full bowl, do you think I saved anything? What should I count for this?
I think I'm going to get on the treadmill for awhile just so I can eat something tonight. I usually stay under 400 on a DD.

I am still in shock that a restaurant of this size doesn't have nutritional information that easily accessible.

1 higher DD want ruin things in the long run.
Look at the calculator to see what your calories would be for 30% or 35% WLM. Maybe just accept that it was a higher DD and keep on keeping on.

No harm, no foul. I think you did just fine by taking off the cheese and tortillas and not eating it all. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

A weight loss WOE that does not include guilt and threats of disaster takes some getting used to, doesn't it?

You showed wisdom in tuning your meal to come closer to the calories you wanted.

JUDDD and real life get along very, very well.

Donna, you didn't screw anything up! You handled it really well. When you don't know the calories, just do the best you can, and then enjoy. That's what makes JUDDD so fun!

Well I must not have messed up too bad because I am a tad bit lower than I was after my last dd. WOO HOO.

I think that is how JUDDD is going to be for me. I'm going to .2 it all the way down to where I need to be. .2, .2, .2, .2 and .2 = 1 pound.

Every little bit counts especially when you don't mind how you are eating. It is a bit irritating not to have a big whoosh from such low calories but I need to keep reaching for the end result.

You saved a lot by removing those calorie dense items....even if you ate the whole bowl.

Donna ... you never know what the scale will do on JUDDD (I am guessing it must be very different than HCG in that way too). It requires a little faith that you can get from watching the daily weight boards. My favorite example is Carly's August month:

I would have to agree with the waiter, that is NOT the place to go for low calories. LORD their portions are HUGE! It is crazy really. My parents/BIL love this place. Honestly, I prefer not to go. Way too much food and there is always a long wait!
