Changed my mind at lunch and instead had a very large mug of chicken broth and an apple. Tummy feels fine. I'll definitely go with the turkey/mayo dinner and wind up at about 435.

Wee Barbie meals all day. Maybe six so far, and I'm at 220 cals. Amazing. I may have Hallowe'en chocolate before the day is done.

Dinner was 2 poached eggs with habanero sauce. Ending the day, happily, at 355.

Good luck Christina!

I've never had poached eggs with habanero sauce, but it sounds good! (see, I'm hungry today ) Thanks for the good luck wishes! I have a feeling your fabulous down day is going to bring you closer to that magic 100. Can't wait for that party!

Soon, yesterday was a bit whacky because I was in and out of the house all day, but here it was:
Cucumber and 1/3 of a tiny can of tuna (33) (I made up 3 of these in the morning)
Veggie soup. (40)
Cucumber and tuna (33)
Shiritaki, hot sauce, and green onions. (50)
Veggie soup. (45) (bigger bowl)
A homemade peanut butter chocolate cup (100)
A cappuccino (35)

336 total. If I'd been home more, I might have had another meal or two, but I was completely satisfied with these. I can hardly believe it. I thought this mini meal thing was ludicrous, given that I can eat anyone I know under the table.
