Much-needed DD here. Had a major UUAD with Halloween yesterday. It was great, it was fun, but back to business again...

B - Coffee/unsweetened almond milk/SF Torani
L - Broth
D - Veggie Soup, HB egg
D - Cinnamon spice tea

The stream of Trick or Treaters ran out when there were still nine little Trix bars left in the big bowl. I enjoyed three. Fun and delicious. As usual anymore, I think to myself that I can have them again, but didn't have to eat all the leftovers last night in one sitting. DH ate the remaining six.

Doing my usual Down Day today.. eating hourly mini-meals until bedtime.

Pat, I'm joining you with wth hourly mini-meals. Seems to really keep the hungry monster at bay. . . .

So far, today have had:
Coffee with cream (25)
Scandinavian Bran Crispbread with Walden Farms Apricot Spread (15)
Boiled Egg White (tossed the yolk) (20)

I have some bones in water with a bit of vinegar that cooked in the crockpot for the last day and one half. Placed in fridge to skim off fat to lower calories. Will add some onions, celery, etc. for flavoring - dinner - come to MaMa

Yesterday, went over calories by 25% - almost all candy It was worth it

Yesterday was my first UD and I wasn't quite sure how to act! No candy since we don't really get trick or treaters so we went to the Irish Pub and I didn't buy any candy. I only got to 1,350 of my 1,564 calories but I was REALLY full!

Demonica: What is BPC?


It's an IF day fo me so I'll wait to eat as late as possible:

B: Nada
L: 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken if I get hungry
D: Chicken Veggie soup

DUH Sooz! BPC! I love it iced but at 237 calories I have trouble getting it in on my DDs when I only get 500 calories. I need to start it again on my UDs though! Thanks.....

Awww, thank you, Sooz! JUDDD has helped me shed the last ten pounds that I haven't been able to budge for twenty years! I need to dig up a picture of me at my highest weight, thirty additional pounds on my frame is impressive.

BTW, your munchkins are adorable! Looks like fun times!!
