Definitely keep on trying Becky! Honestly, when you get it all figured out and under control, this is the BEST ever WOE. I tried and failed with so many other plans, and this one works! And still lets me eat what I love! Can't get much better than that.

Ditto what Dawn said... it does take some planning and some self control, but the upside is so great!
Me, today:-- much less stressed. So of course, can't figure out what to eat. B: 2 slices of whey bread (I defrosted it yesterday in storm mode... I really haven't a clue what to do)-- this one is lemon poppyseed. Need to find a cal count. some lite cream cheese and a bit of margarine about 3 oz of montreal smoked meat (like pastrami)-- fat cut off. L: maybe spinach/sausage soup, about 500cal D: maybe pasta with meat sauce? will do alfredo for DH, he's allergic to tomatoes. or maybe pizza... I'm getting that "we're almost on vacation and I'm tired of cooking" thing that I get in the week before vacation starts... ![]() S.

B: Coffee w/HWC & sweetener, 4 slices bacon, 4 fried eggs...and NOT feeling guilty or piggish about it at all!
L: Bean soup, swiss cheese and an apple D: Bowl of chili w/sour cream S: I may need some peanut butter to round out my ~2200 calories. Oh what a rough life this is... ![]() |

I have eaten pretty much all junk food today. Chocolate, crisps and pizza (and more) but one good thing is I didn't go over my calorie allowance, I was pretty much spot on. I am trying hard to keep to my allowance set by the website and have done so with my last 2 up days hopefully I can continue to keep it up.
