Hoping for a really good DD. Would love it if my tummy didn't growl loud enough for my coworkers to hear it!

Not sure when, but this is the plan:

Cottage cheese/strawberries 145c
soup 200c
salad 100c

Protein shake if needed or some deli meat. Hoping to stay around 500c mark.

My first DD on vacation (other than a travel day which was easy to fast through). I'm really hoping to stick to some sort of rotation. Plan is to not eat until at least 2. Then, *if* I am hungry have either a protein shake or fruit or yogurt/fruit smoothie. I enjoy all three choices.

Hopefully, I'll be on the beach not even thinking of food and save all my cals. for dinner. Then I'm thinking a salad and grilled chicken (we have a kitchen and I shopped yesterday so I would have some tasty good choices). Not going to sweat it if I go over 500 but certainly want to keep it under 800.

I have no scale to weigh with but I have my 'skinny' shorts and if they are tight in the mornings when I try them on I know I need to cut back.

Just starting so staying under 500 calories on DD. I do IF on DDs too (and some UDs) so I don't eat until at around 1:00 in the afternoon.

B: Nada

L: 1/2 cup rotisserie chicken breast, 1 rotisseried jalapeno - 120 calories

D: 1 homemade taco (taco shell, 2 tablespoons ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, 1 teaspoon each sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese) - 185 calories

S: 1 small piece (1/12 of a recipe) of Coconut Oil Almond Bark - 50 calories

355 total calories and 14 grams of carbs as I'd like to stay below 25 grams of carbs on my DD.

Hope I am approaching this right!! Seems like I'll need to measure everything on my DD!

Enjoying a DD here.. doing my 30-calorie mini-meals at the top of each hour.

Including tilapia fillet, b/s chicken breast, chicken liver, egg whites, berries, cantaloupe, apple slices, spinich w/ff Italian, red & green pepper slices, and plenty of coffee w/half & half cream. Having an easy and filling day with absolutely no hunger pangs at all. Love it!

Have to have tomorrow be an Up Day! It's Halloween and I have Twix candy bars! I'm hoping to have some left over.

Doing the 30-calorie mini-meals along with coffee too - feels like I eat more on DD's than UD's

Yes, UD tomorrow!! Hmmm. . . . . KitKat bars, Snickers and Butterfinger, maybe some Peanut M&M's - will go shopping for the 'children' (hehe) tomorrow

Butterfingers! OMG.. I forgot about those. Maybe I'll get a bag of those too.

This is going to be a fun Halloween this year. Just got off the phone with DH's daughter. She was telling about dumping the bag of Reeses into the bottom of the big bowl of candy, so that if something was left over, it would tend to be her favorite. Guess we're much the same there.
