What is your favorite 200 calorie or less food choice?
Mine probably is a chocolate covered banana (Diana's Bananas) at 130 calories.
Or Tunafish salad with saltine crackers for 200 calories What is your favorite? Last edited by Lil Donna; 10-28-2012 at 09:00 AM.. |

Pizza. LC tortilla (80 cals), some defrosted and chopped frozen artichoke hearts (25 cals), 2 ounces of Boar's Head chicken breast (60 cals), smattering of non-fat Feta (35 cals). Put in non-stick skillet, cover and let crisp the tort and melt the cheese.

my favorite of all time is a huge pan of veggies (brussel sprouts, cabbage, peppers, broccoli, cauli) sauteed in chicken broth and then at the end stir in some Tostitos salsa con queso. damn, it is so good.

Lately I have been sauteing a whole bag of baby spinach and some mushrooms and zucchini in a pan sprayed with no cook spray and once it has wilted added 50 calories of light cream cheese and a bit of chicken broth, some spices and mix. Creamed spicy, spinach - yum! Add a side of your fav protein and it is a very filling meal.

I just love a huge green salad with tomato and cucumbers! Topped with a splash of olive oil and plenty of vinegar! Served with cheese or a can of tuna its about 150-200 cal and such a tasty, filling dinner with plenty of munch!

In all fairness, I never tasted a raw tomato, but I just can't do it! I've made it 36 years without ever eating one by mistake and I'll just keep it like that. Beside the sick smiley we need a scared to death smiley.

I bought some of Aldi's laughing cow cheese, the low fat one and it was like rubber, did not melt! What did I do wrong? Any suggestions?

Wild Alaskan salmon at about 25 cal/oz. But really just about any fish or seafood is both delicious and filling. Some are just healthier than others.
