My husband, bless his sweet heart, brought home a pizza from work last night, I had a slice since groceries are a bit sparse in my house right about now. So my DD went to a medium day. I'm gonna just play it by ear today and go with what my gut tells me.

I know I am going to roast a chicken for dinner. Otherwise, I am trying to be very heavy on the veggies/fruits on my UD's. I still IF, so breakfast at 10, lunch at 2 and dinner at 6. Probably stirfried cabbage/brusselsprouts/broccoli at 10, apples and PB for lunch, chicken and peppers and squash for dinner.

Two days ago, I had one heck of a UUAD. Yesterday, I was trying to go light, so I had a BPC and a BPT and had such a calorie hangover that I never felt I needed anything else. Today, I'd like to have a clean up day, but I'm going out to a late lunch with book club at one of those restaurants with no calories listed. yay, but argh.

B: black coffee, ezekiel bread toast with an egg
S: some sort of snack to hold me over until 2:30
L: the best combination of yummy and not toooo caloric I can find on the menu
D: light dinner ... maybe soup and sandwiches?

It's not very specific Maybe I'll report back later!

I made myself pancakes out of a mix of coconut flour, almond flour, and flax meal, eggs, hnh, and protein powder. SF syrup, and turkey bacon.

no lunch, probably just some homemade stevia lemonade.

Dinner, veggies and protein. Snack maybe apple and almond butter.

Tomorrow will be a GREAT DD!

S: 100 calorie popcorn with nutritional yeast.

S: NF Greek yogurt w/ez-sweetz.
I'm about to pour the wine to round off my food frenzy. I'm going to be just at my UD calories for the day. Whew!

Saved my calories for a brunch buffet... which didn't get started till almost 3pm

b: 2c cereal with almond milk

worlds-latest-brunch: um... I ate everything... 2 kinds of pasta (YUMMY), and korean noodles (so, that's 3), a slice of roast beef (tough), some poached salmon (dry), some chicken sausages, a wee bit of roasted potato, and a pint glass of a mixed juice (orange, mango, strawberry etc).
THEN, a full plate of dessert! 1 slice french toast with a sort of compote of dried fruit OMG the best thing ever... a thin slice of chocolate/banana cake, and one each of the 1x1 inch squares... but 2 were "eh" and I didn't finish them.

I'm, shall we say, full.

D: a few slices of smoked meat (montreal's version of pastrami/corned beef)... later, a flatout quesadilla
1 diet coke

WATER

right now, my DD can't come soon enough!

no clue as to calories, and let's not talk carb counts.
