Start Date: Low carb started again on 11/14/13
Day 6 and NO magic tricks!

Where's the JUDDD magic? I lost the 2 pounds I gained from my previous UD so I'm back to where I started. I guess the alcohol hurt me on my UD.

Had a great UD today. Hoping not to gain too much tomorrow.

It takes a while for the sirt to build up... keep with it, and stop weighing! take some measurements with a tape measure, and then check those again in 1month. Now THAT's magic!

Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
You've gotta be short about 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat--give or take, depending on metabolism. If you've been short that, you're flirting about with water weight. And whenever I touch alcohol, I bloat up. You'd think this would stop me...

Check out the daily weigh in threads or the bouncy ball graph thread. They really illustrate the NON-linear nature of weight loss, especially with JUDDD. You're doing great!

JUDDD is an awesome WOE, but weight loss is not always linear or FAST! You will reap the rewards if you are true to your calorie. Enjoy the ride and check the thread: The bounce doesnt rock my world (anymore)
