B - Coffee, unsweetened almond milk, half & half, SF Torani, baked chicken
L - Baked Chicken, leftover baked cauliflower & cheese D - Meatloaf, Cabbage/Tomato skillet D - LC crustless pumpkin pie So excited--have not had meatloaf for almost 3 years. Yum! ![]() |

L: pulled pork sandwich, potato salad - guessing about 650 cals S: Special K bar - 90 cals D: not sure yet, maybe a healthy choice meal and a salad? I've got 870 calories to play with. |

Ended up having a Healthy Choice meal and a ballpark burger w/ ketchup for 545 cals. Also had a snack of baked Doritos for 90 cals and some FF hot cocoa w/ creamer for 40 cals. That leaves me around 160 if I need them before bed.
