UD Friday ~ What's on your menu?
I thought I'd start the thread because I didn't see it, but my plans have all fallen through, so I'm sort of up in the air at the moment.

Thanks Dawn!
I wound up going a bit "snacky" at the end of yesterday's DD and I'm up on the scale today... I"m not worried, just need to keep that in check. Could've been dinner out on Wednesday too, sort of carby.Today is well planned though B: 4 slices bacon, and fat free greek yogurt, some low sugar peach preserves L: 5oz (dry) dreamfields pasta, with butter and parmesan 1 can of tuna (may or may not add to the above) D: chicken taco salad, no bowl though 1 small movie popcorn That all comes to 1800, and leaves me with 200 if I need it anywhere along the line...

I'm a little disappointed I was up 1/2 pound this morning after what I thought was an excellent high-fat DD. I was really expecting a whoosh. Maybe it was the 3 pieces of pizza on Wednesday. Oh well - onward.
B: Coffee w/HWC & sweetener L: ??? Maybe bacon and eggs? D: Leftover brisket, acorn squash w/butter, cinnamon & sweetener |

total drool on ^ that one! ![]() and I know what you mean, I'm up too, and I think it is a delayed reaction to whatever we did on the last UD. Don't you love that it's not causing a total freak out, or a "F" it mentality, where you think you blew it, so you blow it some more? (maybe that's just me...) LOVE JUDDD! |

So far, I've had:
1 100 calorie pack of Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds and 2 cups of black coffee (105). I was going to have some Greek yogurt I had in the fridge at work, but then realized it expired two weeks ago! ![]() I have another pack of almonds (natural this time) if I get hungry before lunch. Lunch: ?? Dinner: ?? We're talking about taking the kidlet to ZooBoo tonight, so we might eat there or on the way. |

I actually considered trying it, but my OCD would not allow me to. I'm VERY weird about dairy products. If the milk is two days before it's expiration date and still smells fine, it still gets dumped down the sink. I'm so insane!

I'll share my OCD, just b/c: I don't like bed-stuff to touch the ground. Like, when I make the bed, I can't put the pillows on the floor. Makes me totally crazy. I don't think I trust people who don't have a smidgen of crazy in them, ya know? ![]() |

![]() ETA: We just had a parent/teacher conference with Keira's 2nd grade teacher. She got excellent grades and wonderful comments, but the only complaint was: "Keira is a great leader and likes to take charge. She doesn't, however, like to let anybody else DO anything. She knows it'll be done right ONLY if she does it herself." Um, I admitted to her teacher that she gets that from her mother! Last edited by KeirasMom; 10-26-2012 at 11:49 AM.. |

Hah, they do get all our "best bits", don't they? My small boy was recently reported to be a very calm presence in his class (DH), very gentle (also DH) & surprisingly stubborn (me don't you know). I've Just enjoyed a delicious UD home-made bacon & leek quiche... Hit all my buttons. Am so enjoying all things deeply savoury these days. Have a couple of glasses of red set aside for later w some chocolate too, mind you, It has been a long week so we'll be relaxing once the small ones are all asleep

Lunch was spur of the moment, met DH at a farmers' market with gourmet food trucks.
I had a "Le Grilled Cheese" sandwich: Aged White Cheddar, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Heirloom Tomato and mayo on this amazing roll. Then we finished off our meal with fried berry pie. I may have died and gone to heaven. My on-line tracker with estimated values gives it 940 calories! Ye gads! |

Going to a high class burger place where I will be getting a kobe burger on artisan roll with truffle aioli, crispy "onion strings", arugula, wonderful FRENCH FRIES, and wine...
I .love .burgers. But they have to be worth it and these are. I will be going over my UD allotment...yet again.... This month will be a "maintain month"... |
