Well, Rats! For me.. it's another DD. Or more correctly, it's a DD because I didn't make yesterday a needed DD after all. In cleaning out the refrigerator after daughter's visit, there were just too many odds and ends to toss out, and it seemed logical to use all those leftovers up for meals for DH and I, and then start in fresh today. So that's what I'm doing. LOL

Today is now a DD, and I'll follow my now-usual practice of 30-cal mini-meals, eaten every 60 minutes or so.

Some coffee w/half&half, some chicken, tilapia, chicken liver, cantaloupe, mixed berries, spinach w/ff Italian, red pepper slices, hot broth

I have tons of the protein choices already weighed and portioned into 1-ounce servings, all frozen in little individual baggies in the freezer. Certainly makes DDs quick and easy to do.

L - LC tortilla with some shredded carrot, sliced Boars Head Chicken and nonfat feta (205 cal)
D - two Hebrew National hot dogs and 2 packages of Frank's Sauerkraut (100 cals)

That's the plan for now, but I may change dinner. That's what the family is having but that'll put my carbs at 60% for the day and I try to keep it lower then that.

Lunch was coconut and lime chicken skewers 206 cal
Dinner was tuna steak with cabbage and lowfat soft cheese 180 cal
And enough remaining calories for lowfat hot choc as it freezing tonight
