Way too much time on my hands!
|
Going to have a good DD today, now that our lovely visit with daughter is over.
Doing my *every hour, 30-calorie mini-meals* plan again, and will include talipia, salad, fruit, chicken liver, chicken breast, and veggies... all measured into the little correct calorie meals. I love never feeling hunger or much appetite on this plan. It's the easiest I've ever experienced my Down Days. This works like magic for me. Makes them so incredibly easy to do, and very enjoyable. And cleaning this house back up after the visit.. and cleaning out the refrigerator. Husband is going to be fed leftovers today while I do my DD. Everyone have a good and successful DD today.
