Start Date: Low carb started again on 11/14/13
Day 4- My day to eat MORE!!

I am down to where I was the day after I ended HCG which was on 10/17.
144.8. This is a loss of 5 pounds from when I started on Monday. So I officially lost my weekend weight. WOO HOO.

Looking forward to eating well today. I'm still in that "oh my I can eat anything I want stage" so I think I am going to grab a donut this morning. Do you know how long it has been since I had a donut? I can't even remember!!! Maybe 2 years!

I'm bringing my chili for lunch with REAL crackers!!! Then tonight going to dinner (hopefully sushi) with a friend and then to see Thompson Square in concert.
I'm soooo glad today is an UPDAY!!!

Hope everyone has a great day. I'm feeling pretty pumped about this WOE (as if you can't tell)

I am so delighted that the weekend weight has gone already and that you are at your HCG low. It is all down hill from here. Well except of course that the scale does Bounce on JUDDD.

Ended up at Olive Garden for soup and salad. Drank 2 Smirnoff Ices last night. Not the best use of calories. Live and learn.

Yes, you must watch out for all the salad calories.

Glad to hear the few gained pounds are back down again. Now you're on your way... well, except for a whole lot of bouncing up and down on the scale as you journey, but you bounce more downward than up, so in the end... you're where you want to be.

Many of us gain weight initially from adding more carbs into our diets once again at the beginning. So we gain back that water weight, and the scale goes up, but once we've carbed up and have that replenished stored glycogen and fluids in our tissues, as Mother Nature designed it to work, those true losses of body fat are easier to track on the scale.

I've noticed over the years that sometimes it seems like eating more carbs results in faster weight loss for so many. I don't know why that would be, but as I've watched folks lose weight here, that so often seems to be the case. So enjoy that donut and the real saltine crackers in your chili. They'll probably help you slim down faster. LOLOLOL I haven't had donuts in quite awhile, but I have pastries and coffee pretty often. And always, always saltines with my soup!
