Start Date: Restart January 2014
UD Thursday - What are you having today?

B - Coffee with my usual pollutants and baked chicken
L - Baked chicken, veggie soup
D - Spaghetti squash casserole, bacon (DH & DD are having BLT's)
D - SF Raspberry Fluff, popcorn

I hope everyone enjoys their UD today!!

B - 3 eggs + 2 egg whites, bacon, 2 T SF marmalade, coffee with HWC (huge breakfast since I will be super busy today and may not get around to eating untuil late afternoon.)
L - probably not much - protein shake?
D - turkey slices with pickles, raw carrots

I am thankful for this UD! Bring on the food!

B - 2 eggs, cheese, toast 385c
L - Chipotle (splitting a bowl with my DH!) 835c
S - pumpkin chocolate chip muffin 180c
D - steak / baked potato 380c

I have a day of FINE eating ahead of me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE JUDDD

Well DH doesn't want to share, so instead of Chipotle I will have soup / salad for 350c which just means I can eat more tonight! I'm am 100% fine with that!
D - will be 430c now
leaving 505c for after dinner. I'm thinking Wine/popcorn/chocolate. Possibilities are endless!

Early - Coffee with heavy cream (150 c)

Late breakfast - Shredded wheat, raw milk, banana and stevia (365 c)

Lunch - Chicken sandwich, lettuce on lite bread / and real mayonnaise (250 c?)

Dinner - Hmmm... more chicken? Brown rice and a veggie... butter!

Omelet (2 eggs, 3 tbsp southwestern egg eaters, cheese, ham and salsa)
2 slices bacon

L: Healthy Choice meal

S: Ballpark beef patty w/ mayo and ketchup

D: steak
velveeta cup light
broccoli w/ cheese
wine

3 liters water

I'm sitting at 1630 calories right now. My goal is 1950. I may add in something later if I get hungry.
