Anyone have mild crampy feeling?

My heart feels like it's pounding sometimes, and at times I feel like I have very mild menstrual cramps..is this 'normal' for starting out on JUDDD or are those MORE symptoms of pre-meno?

I'm on day 8

Haven't heard of these symptoms from JUDDD. Maybe somebody else will have a better answer. Are you combining any other diet or supplements with JUDDDing?

Hi, my heart used to race all the time (tachycardia)--still does but only VERY occasionally.
It wasn't JUDDD-related; it happened for a long time before that.

I started taking DE again and it helped a lot. I have no idea why!
I thought it was going to help my hair-falling-out problem!
Silica supplementation (diatomaceous earth)
(This supplement may not be safe for everyone; just mentioning that it works for me.)

I think calcium helps with the racing heart. But I also feel that potassium & magnesium help me; I take them twice a day, to control blood pressure. Magnesium is a common deficiency, and it helps regulate heart rate and "plays an important role in calcium absorption". In other words, if you're not getting enough mag, you won't be getting the benefits of the calcium.

I have had some heart palpitations, too. (Before and during JUDDD.) For me it sometimes happens with too much caffeine. It seems to always happen late at night and a while after eating or drinking. When I first started using apple cider vinegar on my psoriasis I had a few episodes. Some people attribute it to candida die off. Are you cutting back on carbs? Recent changes to supplements?

Wii

I just started taking Evening Primrose a couple of days ago. Maybe that's it. Hadn't even occured to me! I don't think my problem is too much caffeine, and I'll pay more attention to when it happens. I've been LC'ing again for about a month, and going LC never affected me like this before..? Thanks!

I haven't ever taken evening primrose, so I don't know any specifics about that one. I think it is recommended for use in PCOS/female hormone problems?? I just always try to start with recent changes. If I suspect something is causing mine, I usually stop using it for at least a few days and then see if it happens again next time I use it.
