AMAZING!! Can't BELIEVE THIS!!!

I'm not typically one to do a lot of 'shouting' on the Internet. I avoid all-caps when possible, but in this case - HOLY WOW I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!!!!!

I went out of town for a few days - was planning to keep to rotations, but with all the amazing food everywhere around, and being trapped in a hotel room, I ended up making 4 days in a row UUAD. Up Up and WAY AWAY Days. I was dreading that first weigh-in.. And rightly so, it showed that I was up 5 pounds from my pre-UUAD weight. I thought, that's OK, a few rotations and it'll be gone.
So here I am, after ONE down day and ONE restrained up day, right back to the same weight I was when I left. Today's my 2nd down day - my 1st weigh in this morning showed me up a little, but I weighed again after the world woke up, and found 153 staring me back in the face.

JUDDD loves me, and I love JUDDD...

It's just wonderful, isn't it!!!!!

There is something about the JUDDD calorie alternations (and SIRT1) that turns our bodies into more normal bodies... bodies that function more reasonably in the face of ALL foods, even when we have a little period of over-indulgence. OK, I know that we can't live at that overeating calorie level every day, but it's lovely to know that when we occasionally do, JUDDD can bring us right back to the pre-indulgence weight very quickly.

Sounds like you had a wonderful trip and a lot of fun. My DD and her SO just left after visiting for a few days, and we *ate well*... I will be doing a good Down Day tomorrow!

That's so wonderful!!! I think you may find that it might be a little harder -losing- weight right away, but next week, watch out. Look how it protected you!

WOW!!! That's wonderful!

I am just back from almost 2 weeks away (didn't do what I planned on doing) and I am soooo dreading weighing in...but I will do it and face the consequences tomorrow morning...I know I need to go right back on my rotations. hope it's not too hard.

Linda: How's it going? I think that's one of the best things about JUDD for me. It's easier to get back into it after vacations than any other plan where I fall off the wagon. Keep rotating!

Just an update....the last time I weighed was on October 11.......got home on October 24...weighed yesterday morning October 25......
