Arghhhhhh! I'm not sure how to word this or to measure it.
I want to learn to respond to a haywire day/week by automatically taking even better care of myself, with joy and pleasure, rather than letting all my great self-care (juddding, exercise) go to the dogs.

cool thread!

I would like to be back into my 6/8s by January... I was this size about 4 years ago, and have some nice duds from that time (and my goal weight clothes, size 4/6 ... which would be my goal for spring... esp. my trip to Turkey to visit my daughter and have lots of photos taken... want to look good ).

I want to keep losing through December... and not collapse into "it's the holidays" for a month (when actually, it is about 2-3 days, plus the odd party, which can be an UD).

I want to start doing some treadmill work (intervals) and be more religious about my weights so that I am toned, and keep my metabolism stoked.

Waist-wise, I am newly half an inch into the twenties, but a few more inches off to be at goal and have my nicest clothes fit (those dang dress pants and skirts which were so expensive... and a really cute pair of Lucky Brand jeans).

Jan 29-Feb 14: Potato hack (plus dinner every other day)
Feb 15 onward: ? back to JUDDD... or calorie counting with intermittent potato hacks
