Start Date: Restart January 2014
DD Wednesday - Menu's, Please!

B - Coffee, unsweetened almond milk, SF Torani
L - HB egg, broccoli soup
D - Vegetable soup, HB egg
D - SF Fudgcicle, popcorn

I've planned for my usual 650 calories for the day, but I suspect I'm not going to eat as much as I planned for (packing my lunch if I need it, but am ok saving it for tomorrow)...have a wonderful day everyone!!

mid morning - cottage cheese/ strawberries 145c
Lunch - not sure?? too hot for soup, probably a salad
Dinner - mushrooms and miracle rice with egg 85c

Goal is to keep it under 500c

Mid morning ended up having a pure protein shake 120c
Early afternoon will be my strawberries/cottage cheese 145c
Dinner as noted....if I make it with what I have noted, I will add a turkey brat to my stirfry for 195c.

So far:
1 bag of 100 calorie popcorn

Later:
Open faced chicken salad sandwich or with crackers or maybe lettuce.

Snack much later: pretzels

I think I might be able to make it all night on nothing but Bulletproof coffee. I'm not pushing it. I haven't had much of an appetite today so I like to take advantage of that on the rare occasion it happens.

If I'm feeling needy before bed, I'll eat a cheese stick or maybe a protein shake or something.
