DD Wednesday - Menu's, Please!
B - Coffee, unsweetened almond milk, SF Torani
L - HB egg, broccoli soup D - Vegetable soup, HB egg D - SF Fudgcicle, popcorn I've planned for my usual 650 calories for the day, but I suspect I'm not going to eat as much as I planned for (packing my lunch if I need it, but am ok saving it for tomorrow)...have a wonderful day everyone!! |

mid morning - cottage cheese/ strawberries 145c
Lunch - not sure?? too hot for soup, probably a salad Dinner - mushrooms and miracle rice with egg 85c Goal is to keep it under 500c |

B. Bulletproof Coffee (80 cal)
L. Nothing D. Nothing I think I might be able to make it all night on nothing but Bulletproof coffee. I'm not pushing it. I haven't had much of an appetite today so I like to take advantage of that on the rare occasion it happens.
