PJ's 24 hr UD/DD

what was that thread called? I can't bring it up. I need to do a few wacky UD/DD rotations and thought that might help. Can anyone find it for me?

Has anyone had success, in the long term, with this method? It sounds intriguing. Thanks.

Anyone find that it is less successful than regular JUDDD?

I think SophietheCat had good results with it, and was able to combine some other types of IF (intermittent fasting) with it.

It seems to work really well as a maintenance plan, but not necessarily for weight loss.

I plan to use it for a couple of days when I have food obligations in the evening that I don't want to miss--two days in a row--so I plan to only have a couple of hundred calories from midafternoon Wednesday til dinner Thursday--and then hopefully get back on rotation.
