L - Spaghetti sauce with hamburger over sauteed cabbage D - Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (no croutons, dressing on the side) D - Popcorn, SF Cherry Fluff I must be channeling you, Adi...I've noticed we both have lots of taco meat and cabbage/ground beef meals! Funny that we have alsmost the same meals planned.
Things I can cook ahead. Can you tell I am busy busy with the fall craft show circuit starting??? Anyway, I keep ground meat cooked up and in ziplocks in the freezer so I can take out one serving if I want and fix me a quick meal. Just did that for lunch. Had to sub a taco salad for the spaghetti squash because I put the cooked squash in the little frig where we keep drinks and it was frozen and I was in a hurry. |

B -cranberry/pear/blue cheese/walnut/oatmeal breakfast bread
L - cranberry pork meatballs, mixed vegetables, brown rice D - ? Not hungry at all right now, but kind of in the mood for something with sour cream. Could turn the meatballs into strauganoff (spell?). Have an acorn squash, have some perfect tomatos, too. Hmmm.... Evening - more breakfast bread (it was very good) |

so I just wanted to check in...i have been following this plan only eating one meal a day and on alternate days eating 2 a day...i have lost about a third of a pound a day. I am feeling and looking so much better. I am not obsessing about food any more as it is no longer the emphasis of my life. i simply follow the rule of 2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1 and it falls off. I eat what I want...sometimes a meal is a delicious candy bar. who cares....i get to eat what i like, not eat stupid diet food, and it is falling off. most important is that not eating often is removing the obsession. there are a few other addictions and obsessions I have been struggling with as well as food and I am going to apply the abstinence theory to those this week.....if I don't feed the obsession it gets smaller. I'll check in in a week and let you know how things go. thanks lovely ladies for being here
