1/2 scoop whey protein powder with water every 2 hours (best way for me since I never feel very hungry
I listened to everyones advice as well, and decided to alternate DD and UD instead of using a middle day on the weekend! I will just adjust when I need to for an event! |

B- nope, though I might try a T of butter if I get hungry to follow along with the experiment
L - magic pop w lite cream cheese and sliced cucumber (sorry Cindy) - maybe some lox D- spinach sauteed w lite laughing cow (comes out like creamed spinach - yum!) with some mushrooms and a few shrimp on the side should come out to about 300 cals with room for a few strawberries to satisfy my sweet tooth |

I had a lot of fun this morning prepping my 45 calorie "meals" For your entertainment 11: shiritaki clam linguine 45 12 greek yogurt plus rhubarb boiled in strawberry davincis 1pm: 1/2 a "fabulous flour muffin" 2pm: another greek yogurt/rhubarb 3pm: the other half of the clam linguine 4pm: the other half of the FF muffin 5pm: 40 cals worth of protein powder, 1/2 tsp glucomannan, sf lemonade and ice blended to make a shake 6pm: seaweed lauging cow lite and shredded carrot wrap 7pm: 40 calorie sf fudgesicle 8pm: if I am hungry--2 Tbs oatbran cooked with a little almond milk These are each in the 40-45 calorie range and were a TON of fun to think up and prep! I love you Pat!! |

When you guys say something like "10g salted butter" does that mean you eat the butter just straight?

L: boca burger, low carb tortilla D: 1 cup mixed veggies, 2 oz taco meat made for dinner, 1 laughing cow wedge on a suzi's thin cake total 455 I planned my up day tomorrow! This is unusual for me, but I'm happy about my healthier (yet still tasty) menu plans. I may have the exact same thing on M-W just to make it easy. |

4 tablespoons organic hemp protein in water stretched out over mid day. Fasted dinner. Did take pterostilbene morning and afternoon.
