No cukes for me you sweet Kissa! I would never traumatize you like that!

I had a lot of fun this morning prepping my 45 calorie "meals"

For your entertainment

11: shiritaki clam linguine 45
12 greek yogurt plus rhubarb boiled in strawberry davincis
1pm: 1/2 a "fabulous flour muffin"
2pm: another greek yogurt/rhubarb
3pm: the other half of the clam linguine
4pm: the other half of the FF muffin
5pm: 40 cals worth of protein powder, 1/2 tsp glucomannan, sf lemonade and ice blended to make a shake
6pm: seaweed lauging cow lite and shredded carrot wrap
7pm: 40 calorie sf fudgesicle
8pm: if I am hungry--2 Tbs oatbran cooked with a little almond milk

These are each in the 40-45 calorie range and were a TON of fun to think up and prep!

I love you Pat!!

When you guys say something like "10g salted butter" does that mean you eat the butter just straight?

Yep! We've discovered that some of us like (okay, maybe love) to eat a little butter just straight. Yummy! Can you still be our friend?

Carly and Soren - just noticed your new avatar pictures and you both look lovely and slim!

I planned my up day tomorrow! This is unusual for me, but I'm happy about my healthier (yet still tasty) menu plans. I may have the exact same thing on M-W just to make it easy.

Thank you! I think Carly looks great!

I, however, want to shave my head I find my hair frustrating, but that's another thread for another day

I love it when everything just seems easy, ya know? I like making a big batch of something (or a roast, or whatever) and then you're good for a week.
Wish DH would learn to make his own lunches though... I don't mind helping teach him the Juddd ropes, but I'm worried if I don't make sure he has his stuff ready (shakes, lunch, nuts at work), he'll wind up with waaaaaay too few calories and, well, not sure what then

Anyhoo good DD here. I think my deconstructed tea is the key to my DDs, at least until TOM hits

Day was as above, but I totally didn't have any coleslaw in the house, so I went with the PB2/shirataki noodles and some leftover fish for me, dessert was "banana bread" tea (omg, soooo good).

Like Christina above, I'm now going to plan my UD so I can be ready for success this week!

S.
