B - 2 eggs, turkey brat, toast 425c
L - progresso soup 240c
S - protein granola bar (if needed) 190c
D - pizza and WINE! I have over 1000c left for it!
Yesterday was my 6 month anniversary of JUDDD! I truly love this! I have faltered or, gone into maintenance, the last 2+ months. Stayed at my current weight and ATE what I wanted every other day! LOVE IT!

B - 2 eggs + 1 egg white (cooked in bacon grease), 1 T SF marmalade, coffee with HWC, bacon
L - cabbage, ground meat, tomatoes
D - taco salad
I wanted bacon this morning so I splurged on a very high calorie breakfast so will have to be careful the rest of the day. But it sure was good.

Today is a MD for me, going for dinner tomorrow and need an UD b/c I don't know what to expect:
B: 2 hb eggs, 1/2T of lite mayo, 1 LC english muffin with 1 scant tsp butter
vitamins ( if I get sick BEFORE or DURING my vacation, I'll kill someone )
L: 1 can tuna, 1T lite mayo, 1 flatout wrap
D: 12oz sirloin (I think I have some in the house somewhere), 1 big serving collards, 3 squares of 85% chocolate
Hopefully, I'm not killer hungry today-- I find MD to be as hard as DDs

early morning: 2 mugs coffee, each with 2 tbsp half & half
about 10:00ish: 1˝ C corn flakes w/1 C whole milk & 2 tsp sugar

Leaving work early to meet extended family halfway to pick up niece for the weekend. Have over 2 hours drive each way, so have also planned for the following snacks in my lunch bag...
And that still leaves me enough calories for a small Northern Lites Mocha at Caribou Coffee...
All that yumminess (that is a word, right?) for 2,000 calories. JUDDD life is good!

Hey sorenkg, I am also doing a MD today and find them , ahem error prone. Good luck tomus both!
Shooting for 1100-1200 cals today.
B- skipped to save cals and extend my fast
L- toasted English muffin w pb2
Planning snacks of red pepper strips, cherry tomatoes and a magic pop with sf jam then a decadent dinner of pesto pasta w shrimp and some strawberries for desert.

Plus taco salad is really pretty low in calories depending on how much meat and sour cream you use so it can be adjusted up or down. I have way too much ground meat in the freezer and am trying to use some of it up. Plus it is FAST to put together. I even have DH eating one a couple of times a week for his dinner.
Had to change lunch today since I kept eyeing the gigantic tub of spaghetti squash we have stored in the house. SO I had spaghetti squash and spaghetti sauce for lunch. Forgot to put the ground meat in the sauce so it was super low calorie. Leaves me room for a treat with dinner though.
AND simple works for me because boring is best. I do not obsess about food that way. I read somewhere that boring menus equates to more weight loss so I follow that principle. I tend to eat the same things over and over. If it tastes TOO good then I may want seconds.
