I'm having a tough one today. I'm experiencing hunger pangs and restlessness.
I should go clean something.

#1 - 1/2 c egg whites with spinach & 1 tsp parmesan, 1 pat butter
#2 - 1 c unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 scoop protein powder, peanut flour
#3 - 1/2 c egg whites with spinach & 1 tsp parmesan, green beans, 2 pats butter

3 teas with 1 T half and half each & EZsweetz

Total - 555

I love that Oatmeal Cookie recipe Ouiz but lots of those thing aren't available over here. So sad.

Yippee! A convert!

It's good over a bed of lettuce too if you need a little more bulk--sort of like a taco salad.

I changed things up after doing some grocery shopping:
Kept to meals 1 & 2 and the teas but changed to:

#3 - Better than Bouillon beef flavour with shredded cabbage
#4 - Better than Bouillon chicken flavour with shredded cabbage & 1T half & half
#5 - 0% plain Greek yogurt with 1 T reduced sugar jam
#6 - 0% plain Greek yogurt with pure pumpkin, pumpkin spice and EZsweetz

I'm stuffed and my taste buds are very satisfied!

New Total - 530
