B- toasted cranberry english muffin with pb2, special k cinnamon crisps
L - salad with chicken salad and spray dressing B&L bring me to 500 cals. I have some red pepper strips for a snack later (25 cals)and will probably have a sugar daddy (53 cals) Dinner will be leftover baby back ribs and chips and salsa, maybe ice cream or cookies for desert. Remind me tomorrow about salt and water retention when I am whining about the scale result of this decadent (but planned) dinner! |

Way too much time on my hands!

It's chilly here, overcast and gray with occasional sprinkles. I'm making comfort food for supper tonight.. scalloped cheesy potatoes with ham casserole with crispy buttered breadcrumb topping, buttered garden peas on the side, small spinach salads with tomato wedges, and pumpkin pie for dessert. Have both vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on hand if DH wants anything on his pie.
I just had coffee w/half & half this morning but appetite is beginning to wake up, so probably an egg sandwich for lunch with an orange and a glass of milk. Last edited by SoHappy; 10-17-2012 at 09:58 AM.. |

LOL I had a good DD yesterday, and it was a low calorie one for my maintenance, so I get to indulge today. And I'm eating on the light side (calorie-wise) today in anticipation, so I can really enjoy it.
