I think it's possible. Some juddd buds have lost with higher DDs. My experience is I lose better with low DDs. The thing is it has to be sustainable so you stick with it for the long run.

I'm rarely ever hungry on DDs now and I fast till 9:30pm. Then I'm hungry and have a bedtime snack.

I got amazing appetite control from juddd so you may be able to lower your DDs with time. I would do the 2 weeks of induction and then re-assess. You may be surprised that you don't actually need to raise the calories and after 4 weeks you might actually feel ready to lower them.

Just take it a day at a time and see how you feel.

Just bumping this thread, and for those who find pictures easier than numbers, here’s a graph of my weight loss. There are bounces all over the place, and times when the number on a particular day is higher than two or three weeks earlier. Times when I just bounced for two or three weeks without seeing a new number. It’s easy to get lost in that while it’s happening, and especially if you’re just starting, but it’s the overall trend that matters, not the day to day bounce.

It amazes me how straight the line looks when you view it as a whole. When you’re just looking at a few points, it seems completely chaotic.

Excellent visual! It's so striking to see the little spikes that you had, but the overall trend was downward. Sometimes when you're in the middle of that little spike it can be hard to see the big picture. Thanks for posting

Bump.....this was so reassuring that I am really on the downward bounce and to keep bouncing! Great motivating thread showing it's not about the big bounces, it takes a lot of little bounces but eventually the line is very diagonal.

Wow! It truly helps me to see these bouncing charts. Sometimes I am so unkind and rigid with myself about my weight loss, bounces, or oopsy days when I eat over the calorie count.

It tickles me to see the ultimate downward progress of all these women and men on the forum who have stuck it out for the long haul. So inspiring! Thanks for sharing.

This thread inspired me to start tracking my weight everyday just so I can learn the patterns of my body and to hopefully have my happiness be less dependent on the number lowering steadily. Thanks for bumping!

This is one of my favorite threads. Came over for some motivation and wanted to look at your patterns.

Was wondering if you always ate your UD calories in the evening, or did you start that closer to maintenance.

Thank you Carly for sharing your journey with us.

I probably started that after about 6 months or so. I'm not a breakfast person and if I ate lunch it was just a yogurt. I get sleepy frequently after eating even small amounts so I don't like to eat lunch at work or all I want to do is take a nap.
