Carly, thank you so much for sharing your bounce sheet! I have been struggling with this for a little while and you have motivated me to relax a bit about the bounce and not to be disheartened by it. It's part of JUDDDing and it's all good. As always, you share so much with us!

The bounce can be unnerving in the beginning, but it is just part of Juddd and is nothing to fear.

Bumping for those frustrated with the daily bounce. The WL on juddd is not a straight down hill pattern, but it is a successful plan and WOE.

Seriously!!!! Especially for those (of us ) who weigh DAILY, against sound advice (from Dr. J and others)... we really need to hear this message!

You will most likely (like, 8/10 time) bounce after an UD. Some people even bounce after a DD!

But you will see, if you do track your stats, that you will lose overall.
