Hmmmm, was going to lunch with a friend at a steakhouse, but it got cancelled. So my well-planned day of calories is now shot.
B: Coffeew/HWC and liquid sucralose, oikos plain yogurt (not too hungry this a.m.)
L: Lima beans and ham soup
S: apple and peanut butter
D: Iced coffee latte, leftover meatloaf, fresh green beans w/butter
S: whatever else I need to hit UD calories!

Might make today a MD to change my rotation. Not sure if I'll do it today or closer to Halloween (my 6 year wedding anniversary <3)

I'm pleasantly surprised after yesterday's very successful DD that my appetite was restrained today.
Had some cheddar cheese, pepperoni, 2 apples, 1 muffin + 1/2 muffin (they were offered to me at work and for once I could indulge because of this awesome WOE) and for dinner I had a delicious stuffed pepper made with ground beef, egg, salsa and cheese for the filling.
I drank teas with half & half, crystal light and diet cola.
I'm not counting calories on UD for now but I'm pretty sure I'm close to what they need to be for the day.
It was so nice to be able to say "Yes!" to the 1 1/2 muffins and not worry about "blowing my diet".
There is wine chilling for after dinner.
