UD Monday - what's on the menu?

My weekend was kind of a bust. Not horribly UUAD's but not really within range or control.

B - 2 eggs, toast, cheese 360c
L - BBQ pork and salad 300c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - spagetti

It's MONDAY girls! We can make it!

5 am - cabbage/sausage soup
11am - 4 cheese pasta (just had to get it out of my system for the day)
3pm - protein drink
7pm - spaghetti squash, meatballs in vodka pasta sauce, broccoli, glass of wine

Finishing yesterday (had a post on my tablet but I closed it grrrr )

L: had the sushi (grocery store brand) and thought I knew how to count it, but went online to find the actual numbers, and it wound up being quite a bit higher than I thought 660 cal for 16 pcs

D: 10oz of korean style beef ribs, collards (100cal for a good size serving), and 1/4 of a dark chocolate bar

S: 2 magic pops

2200 cal
157 g carb
