DD SUNDAY!! Menu please!!

I stick to plan better if I have written it down for the world to see.
DD
B - 1 egg + 2 egg whites scrambled, 1 T SF marmalade, coffee with HWC (180)
L - pickle spear wraps (90)
D - HB egg or repeat B without the coffee (75-130)
Totals - 345-400

Hi Adi! thanks for starting the thread, I agree-- I like posting and hanging out for the week with the people on my rotation. Then of course I change rotation, and I get to hang out with more people!

DD sunday:
B: DD bulletproof black tea - 74 cal
L: nay nay I say
D: not sure, either chicken caesar (light) salad, or cabbage stir fry and fish-- will check the freezer

Also on the DD agenda-- groceries, dog food shopping, and planting bulbs!

B - small apple sliced and dipped in pb2 thinned with caramel sf syrup
L - 2 slices diet bread with 2 egg whites fried in pam and topped with 1T bacon bits, ICBINB spray
D - probably a spinach and veggie, laughing cow mix

Mine has evolved and changed as I am hungry,hungry,hungry today.
So far:
5-12 - coffee w/hwc
12-4 - cabage soup, 1 meatball, 1 stuffed mushroom, 1/2 milk bite, 1c spaghetti squash, 2 shrimp
That puts me at 470 already. This will probably be a 600ish day unless something changes.

I did ok today-- still have to make it to bed without eating, but I think I can, i think I can, I think I can

I did accomplish everything on my list! I think today racks up as a Good Down Day

B: BPTea
Snack: 3oz baby carrots, 1 "magic pop" (local brand is corn" and 2T of fresh salsa
D: 10oz of lemon pepper catfish, 4c arugula with very low calorie dressing

Total:
516 cal
22g carb

I ended up skipping lunch since I drank a cup of broth and wasn't hungry for anything else so I repeated B for D. Ended up with 350 calories for the day.
