Today marks 10 months on JUDDD!

. . . and 83 pounds! That's not counting the nearly 10 pounds lost with Atkins prior to JUDDD!

In less than 2 weeks, I'll hit one year since I started my weight loss journey. I know with my own personal neuroses, if I had remained on Atkins, I would surely have sabotaged myself or given up by now. JUDDD has allowed me to live my life and continue on this journey, having greater success than I ever thought I would.

Thank you Dr. Johnson, and thank you JUDDD Buddds!

KeirasMom's experience was my inspiration, too, and why I jumped on the JUDDD bandwagon two months ago. Our start weights were so close, I figured that if it works for her, why not me?
