Congrats, Dawn! Awesome work you're doing! So proud of you, my JUDDD bud!

Today is my One-year JUDDDiversary, when I first took that hopeful, excited step - that first DD - toward reaching my goal. I guess you were just two months behind me in joining. What a great group we have - JUDDD buds are the best!

You keep up the good work, Dawn, and I KNOW you will!

You are a ROCK STAR!!!

I want to take a moment to say thank you to you for your input and support and advice since I've been doing JUDDD. Now my DH is doing it (btw, down 6lbs since Oct 2) and the s that are the JBs here are the reason we're having success.

when I'm having a bit of a down day, I know I can come in here and see YOU and our JB crew and that usually just does the trick.

Keep on rockin, chica! You are KILLING it!

You are truly an inspiration Dawn. I love how you are so helpful with everyone on this board. You are the reason I came back to make this work. Your success has touched more than you know.

Dawn...You will always have my vote, you know, for MOST OUTSTANDING JUDDD BUDD.

Of course there are MANY FABULOUS SUCCESS STORIES here, but you were one that was there during my journey and I wanted to "make it work" for me like you were. (what a wonderful example you set for me!)

Even if my journey was a shorter one....your journey CONTINUES to inspire me...and...really, if you think about it, this "journey" never really ends. I have tremendous admiration for you.

May you have continued success in your life of maintenance........always and forEEEEEEEVER!!!!!!!

Dawn,

I'm not here too much anymore because I've been really busy with so many other things, but I just had to come in and congratulate you on such a stellar JUDDD journey!
I'm so happy for you!!!!!

You have always been an inspiration to so many and you shine brightly as a JUDDD star!

Pat and Leo were positive influences in my journey also!

Wow. I wish I could respond to each and every one of you. It's weird to think I could have inspired anyone else, when each of you have given me some inspiration as well. It's so beautiful to see Phyl and Gracie and Sophie - any of the lovely JUDDDers who have been around for a while and have helped to guide my path.

If this board didn't exist, I know I'd still be miserable and nearly (or over) 300 pounds. I come here every single day for inspiration and accountability. If I have to miss a day, I feel sort of lost. Who knew a random group of strangers in cyberspace could be so wonderful and beautiful and helpful?

Well done Dawn and thank you for posting & giving us all encouragement!

I feel very grateful that I heard about JUDDD on this board. I have never before experienced the success I have had on JUDDD - and I have tried all the plans over many years. I think that I simply can not sustain restriction for an extended period of time without food becoming an issue!

My losses are slow because I am fairly loose with cals but the trend so far stays downward so I am happy. I started in mid March and have lost 40lbs in 7 months. I keep mainly LC since that seems to suit me best - but the great thing about JUDDD is that sometimes on an UD I will have some carbs (if they seem worth it) and not feel like I am breaking my diet.

Anyone thinking about it just get started! DDs are easy once you are used to them!

I love that (like others of our JUDDD superstars) while you are in the midst of your own struggles and own journey that you make the time to give back to this community. I have a theory that the SIRT 1 gene also activates some generosity of spirit!

How is it possible that you came here after me? Somehow I have felt that you have led and I have merely followed.

You really are the JUDDD poster girl you know. You work the plan and get the results. You are strong and dedicated and even when you had to cope with your thyroid issues you stuck to JUDDD and reaped the rewards.

Thank you for always being here to help the newcomers and to support all of us when we wobble.

That is so totally awesome! !

You (along with many others) continue to be an inspiration to me. When I came back to Juddd, I weighed a little less than you and have watched you move 30+ lbs. below me. You know the hindrances I've had (mainly that darn surgery! ), but you are one of the ones that keep me going and everyday I think if Dawn can do it, surely I can!

Disclaimer: there are MANY of you who are an inspiration to me and I just wanted to repeat that!

Go, Dawn!

In less than 2 weeks, I'll hit one year since I started my weight loss journey. I know with my own personal neuroses, if I had remained on Atkins, I would surely have sabotaged myself or given up by now. JUDDD has allowed me to live my life and continue on this journey, having greater success than I ever thought I would.

Thank you Dr. Johnson, and thank you JUDDD Buddds!
Dawn, I can't even begin to tell you how thrilled I am for you. I hope you know how happy your success has made me. Hugs!

You are certainly one of my inspirations, and an inspiration for all of the JUDDD BUDDDs!
