Thanks Soren! I didn't even realize no one had started it.

L: iced tea with liquid sucralose - 0
D: 3 HB eggs, mayo, mustard, one cup sliced cukes w/vinegar

By the way, Soren, what exactly is frozen almond milk? I mean, is there a secret to making it? Is it sweet? What texture? Sounds yummy!

I've actually changed since this morning, so a late DD post is fine with me

No breakfast today....
Lunch was mixed fruit and a small banana
and dinner was Shirataki Mac & Cheese (Zero calories noodles, laughing cow cheese wedge, and slice of fat free American single - lots of pepper

Approximately 225 calories and I'm stuffed from those noodles!
Those miracle noodles are a life saver, but they make be queazy if I eat a whole bag... like I just did I'm fine though.

I may grab an apple or broth later tonight if I get hungry before bed, but it'll be an under 300 calorie day regardless - BEST DAY YET

I wish it was based on net (I love working out), but most of the JUDDDers, including me, count calories consumed.

I agree Kristin, it feels absolutely decadent to eat this much on a DD! Did you think you'd ever say that when you first started?

It's my own concoction-- I use the same things I do in my LC Icecream base (2 eggs, 2T vodka, 2T glycerine, 1/3 or 1/4c xylitol), but then instead of cream and half n half, I use almond milk and davinci (2c and then 1c), and some guar/xanthan or maybe gluc (haven't tried that yet) to thicken it a bit. Freeze it in an icecream maker per directions, and it comes out like a sorbet meets a granita-- but it's about 55cal for 4oz, which is about 1/4 what my icecream recipe comes to! My latest batch is coffee hazelnut flavor (used instant coffee (decaf ) and instead of davinci, I have the sf hazelnut flavor from starbucks someone gave me as a gift.

And 300 cal! WOO!!!

I'm going to make some tea-- here's my end of day:

added a snack of super thin Kavli cracker (16 cal) and a triangle of light cheese (23).

Final is 504 cal
6.5g net

I actually just used the Angel hair pasta and made more or less cheesy noodles. That's the only shape they sell at the local whole food in Chattanooga, other than the Linguini, and I wasn't a huge fan of it. The texture is tough to get past, this is the first time I tried eating them without any cabbage mixed in - usually when I mix in cabbage, I'm chewing more cabbage than noodle, so I don't notice the texture of them as much - either way, they are the best thing ever when you want something filling, and you are on a DD.
