The Perfect Diet;.......

Dr Berkeley wrote blogged this in March 2011....The Perfect Diet; Does it Really Exist. (Refuse to regain).

She cites the lives, beliefs and deaths of a number of diet gurus then leaves us w these thoughts;

Your diet is good if
1. It helps you to achieve normal labs (BG, trigs, cholesterol, etc)

2. It allows you to achieve/remain at a good weight

3. Gives good energy

4. Reduces carcinogens

5. You believe in and can stick to it

6. You wake w/o guilt

7. Makes you happy as well as healthy

Of course, this is only a glimpse of the article.
She does not bash any diet so no need to get excited about her reference to Atkins....just a statement.

I think JUDDD fills most or all of these for most of us. Whew!!

Yes, JUDDD has been perfect for me. I couldn't have found a better woe that fits me to a "T". Can't wait to have my bloodwork at my next check up. My blood pressure has been excellent.

jaco48, sorry you are unhappy but that is not an increase.
If you sit and take your BP a few times, you will get variation.
Give it a bit more time and maybe start monitoring it yourself to see if there's a slow decline.

Some JUDDD'ers have been doing the plan for quite some time before the BP is low enough to call it.
