Attn: Insomniacs! This worked for me.
Hi, everyone who can't sleep!
I've been struggling with insomnia (even more than usual) since I started JUDDD, and especially on DDs. After a 500 calorie DD, I couldn't sleep at all, I kept waking up every 2 hours and couldn't get back to sleep. I've been reading through some very old threads, and it seems to be a common problem with our WOE. So I tried a solution that some people were swearing by: Theanine serene with relora. It didn't work...yet. Keep reading. Then, in continuing to read some of those old threads (insomnia means you have plenty of time to read old threads ) I saw that I'd been taking it wrong!! You have to take it every day, or sort of "build up a blood level" of it for the stuff to work.It doesn't say this on the label. I wouldn't have known this if it wasn't for reading a little JUDDD history, so thank you very much for the people who posted this originally, and sorry I can't link to it (no time to look) but it's here. So for the last three nights, I've been taking two of the pills spaced out during the day, and for the past three nights, I've been sleeping 6-7 hours straight. Then waking up for a few minutes and going right back to sleep. Last night I slept 10 hours. As I said on another thread, I haven't slept through the night since my son was born 8.5 years ago - I forgot what that was like. It's really good, btw. ![]() Hope this helps somebody else who was struggling like I was. Sweet dreams, JUDDD buds!! Lynne

So happy for you, Lynne. I guess you have to be sure you give something a good try before you decide if it has helped. Sleeping through a whole night... ... wow. I would probably need to be on a vacation and away from my family and family pets!

![]() Glad you've found something that helps!!! Just want to mention that it's Sunday who recommended it...repeatedly...in several threads!!! I hope she'll pop in & see this; she might be a good person to direct any questions to, as she started using it at least a couple months ago (IIRC). Three cheers for Sunday! And Theanine Serene! ![]() |

I have real trouble falling asleep, often going to bed at midnight or so and not falling asleep until 4 or 5am. Do you think this would help with that, or is it just for if you wake up mid-slumber?

LOL! PJ!
I do try to only spread the good info around. Theanine Serene was so amazing for my boy that I knew it would work for others as well. I am guilty of forgetting to take mine regularly, but my son is taking his every single day 2x per day and sleeping just as easily as before his insomnia.
