B. Bulletproof Coffee (1 tsp butter + 1 tsp coconut oil) 70 cals

(This is a high fat experiment.)

Bag of cabbage mixed with 2 wedges laughing cow and chicken. Approximately 370 cals for all of it. I eat a little at lunch and rest at dinner. Maybe a mug of hot tea later if I need something.

Good question Steph!
I think it helped some (given that I just realized I'm in PMS, which is usually all-hungry-all-the-time) since I don't usually have any calories on a DD till much later in the day, BUT I don't know if it helped *more* than if I had spent the calories on a HB egg and had some black tea on the side?
I'll maybe try that option tomorrow to compare.

I can tell you that today is an UD but I'm saving my calories for dinner, and having just had a LC bagel and light cream cheese, I'm still hungry
