Way too much time on my hands!
|
Day 17 on JUDDD....
and I've only lost about 3.5 pounds. I'm not complaining as everyday hasn't been perfect, and I know I can do better. I just need a little encouragement, please
![]() Thanks! ![]() |

Meek, you've got this. Just follow your rotations the best you can right now and they will naturally evolve and success will follow. Although I have to say, you've lost better in the last 17 days than I have! WTG!

Hang in there! You're close to 4 pounds lighter than you were not doing anything, multiply that by 6, and your 24 pounds lighter, by 12 and you're almost 50 pounds lighter. I've found this isn't a super fast way to lose, but healthier in the long run to be slow and steady.

What a great perspective, Dakini!
iamMeekness, you get to choose how to do this. If the slow and steady way is most comfortable, then keep doing it. It's working, and you're allowing your body to adjust gradually to this change in your eating. If quicker results are important to you (I mean REALLY important), then strict rotations may be the way to go, but not if they'll make you crazy. I agree with Dawn, you've got this. You get to set the pace, the tone of your eating. You are in control. ![]() |

I'm on day 13 and I am feeling the same way. But I'm looking at some of the other things that are positive changes even though the scale is moving in the wrong direction for me this week. Positive changes include: My skin is clearing up. My eyes are brighter. I'm sleeping better. I'm not as inclined to binge as I'm just not as hungry on UDs. I have more energy *usually, not this week though*. I feel like my clothes might be a tad looser but that could be wishful thinking

It's funny you should mention your eyes are brighter, Thirteenblessings! I just noticed this morning while putting on my makeup that the whites of my eyes are WHITE! I usually have a bit of redness, probably due to allergies. Could the inflamation be going down???

WOW
Thank you all for your encouraging words. I really appreciate the support. ![]() I guess I am feeling a little discouraged because I have been in the 200s for almost a year and it's frustrating. However, I can honestly say since returning to JUDDD, the scale has begun to move and I feel better than ever!! The ball is finally rolling and I know eventually the weight will come off! I have to just stick with it! No turning back. Thanks, again, ![]() |

Keep on keeping on...you will see the Onderland numbers soon enough. The options aren't worth it as a rule.
