OK, JUDDDers, what's on your Netrition list?
I have Joseph's Lavash Bread (DD pizzas rock!), Mama Lupe's tortillas and a few fall flavor's of Torani SF syrup, but am having brain mush now.
Any other fabulous DD must haves you can think of? (I am a little burned out on miracle noodles for now, so will skip them for the time being...) |

You know I have a bag of Gluc powder from last time, and I just cannot ever figure out what to do with it. I stare at it in my cupboard completely flummoxed, and then end up doing something else. Just I am just not used to it yet.

Has anyone tried the Healthsmart Chocolite Bars? They seem to get really good reviews and are really low calorie for something like that - but am curious as to the voices of my JUDDD BUDs on this one...

take some of that glucomannan powder and put it in a shaker type spice bottle. It is much easier to use for thickening by just sprinkling a little bit into a recipe, and that can get you in the habit of using it more. Much harder to clump up when loosely sprinkled on
pb2 is a staple food. pterostilbene and l-carnitine are a good habit for me now too. |

On a down day do you use broth? If so, thicken it with Gluc powder. It will be more satisfying. Any time you think of broth or shakes, think Gluc powder.

I like the WF marshmellow "dip"... I eat it with raspberries for extra sweetness/vanilla flavor (stuff it in the little cavity before I pop them in my mouth). I like the caramel dip flavor too, goes well with my chocolate almond milk gluc pudding (that's what I use my gluc for).
I did try the chocolite bars-- I liked them, DH didn't as much, but I *think* they are sweetened with erythritol, which works great for a lot of people (but I seem to have developped some tummy issues with it). So I'd say, give them a try! Not for DD, but I like "rawtella" for UDs... a serving is 2T, but I can't eat all that, its really rich, so they last a bit longer. |

I just placed my very first order - got some 4C, and 3 SF syrups (anxious to try them....peppermint, butter rum, and coconut!)

I really like the 5 calorie bbq sauce that they have (of course the name escapes me right now). Its an awesome substitute for low calorie/low carb lettuce wrapped sandwiches and can work great with chicken breast too.
