JUDDD is such an amazing WOE - imagine any other diet where the advice is 'Eat More!' and the result is 'I lost weight!'

Thank you, thank you...I hope it continues down.

I realized this morning when I saw that number on the scale how happy it makes me to see it go down. Not so happy when it stays the same or goes up. I am one of those who lets the scale determine mood on most days.

I do this too. But juddd being so forgiving, i can now weigh in daily without guilt! I go over nearly every UD. Chocolate, salted cashews and peanuts, peanut butter and honey on toast, garlic bread...my gosh, I find it so easy! Hope that gives you some ideas anyways and congrats on the scale movement!

After 1 solid week of keeping to my UD calories, I'm down from 300.4 to 296.6. Today is another UD so I will weigh again in the morning and if I show a loss, I'll use that as my official weigh-in. Monday is actually my offical weigh-in day but if Sunday is an UD, sometimes I'll use that morning weight as my official weigh-in.

Isn't it kinda scary eating so much? Counterintuitive but in a good way

I'm still learning to trust JUDDD too - it's a bit of a leap of faith.
