UD Saturday - What's on Your Menu?

B - Coffee, unsweetened almond milk, SF Torani, 1 piece CO candy
L - Tea, 1 piece CO candy
D - Pork chop, broccoli, 1 piece CO candy
D - Hot cinnamon spice tea--really hitting the spot these days...
Calorie total for today should end up about 650.

Are you trying for an UD or DD today? It looks great for a DD.

Thanks for some ideas for tomorrows DD. Now to figure out what I'm going to have today....I am clearly better at planning for DDs than UDs. Steph, did you mean to title the thread DD?

Step-- your UD is only 650 cal? That seems a bit low, no?

Dawn-- thank goodness today is your UD, b/c here's what I've got going on today

B: 3 eggs, scrambled, 5 breakfast sausages (probably won't eat lunch)
S: tried a sunflower sesame cracker (the ones in the middle when I bake come out a bit softer... chef's treat!)
S2: dunno

D: THANKSGIVING!!!

riesling, homemade crackers, pate, cheese
roasted Squash & garlic bisque
herb & butter roasted turkey, w/roasted mushroom gravy
collards with bacon and red peppers (I have a story on this, see thanksgiving thread)
sweetpotatoes FULL ON HIGH CARB with butter and marshmellows (though I did use brown sugar twin... LC habits never die)
creamed cauliflower fauxtatoes
fauxcornbread stuffing with oysters

lower carb chocolate bourbon pecan pie
totally legit banana pudding (though I used almond milk)
my friend's pumpkin pie

tea.
Nap.

So for the record, today really is my DD, and my projected calories for the day are 650. If my UD's were only 650, I'd be in very serious trouble...

So sorry about that everyone!!

Soren, all I have to say is . . . YUM!

My UD today

B: Coffee
L: Buffalo Wild Wings ~ 6 mango habanero wings, 1/2 an order of roasted (though they're fried) mushrooms, 1/3 basket of potato wedges with queso, copious amounts of iced tea, celery, and FF ranch (had to save calories SOMEWHERE)!
D: Stuffed bell peppers, need some other side, maybe bread

Vanilla ice cream with strawberries still on the menu, though I may just have the strawberries. I still have more than 400 calories to play with though even if I have the ice cream.

First DD Back:

I had a big salad and a corndog today. Not as hard as i was expecting but i worked a 12 hr shift today so no time to think about food!
