Can someone help?
I've been JUDDD-ing for a little over a week and love it! Yesterday was supposed to be a DD. I saved my calories all day as I had my book club last night and was hoping to only have 500 calories of snacks, but I bet it was closer to 1200 for the day. So today is supposed to be an UD but since I ate more than I had intended yesterday should I make it a DD instead or just keep the UD and call it? I literally do every other day is a DD, I don't give myself free reign on the weekends nor do I do moderate level days (I don't know the exact term). I just don't know what to do. Making today an UD would fit better with my schedule overall. Just curious what you would do? Thanks for any insight!

1200 would most likely be a MD, so I'd just have an UD today and continue with your rotations. One little blip in the grand scheme of things won't derail you.

IMO.. Keep the same rotation.. Some times DD happen like that.. IF you dont panic and just keep going you will soon learn that with JUDDD its very forgiving.
One day screw up is not the end of the world,, life happens!! Just Kepp going~![]() |

Thanks to both of you! Yeah I knew I was overthinking this! This is a wonderful WOE, it's fool proof and really stress free! I will make it an UD. I'm starving today - with yesterday not eating too much and the day before I had stomach flu and couldn't really do my UD justice
